1. Shipping Origin & Processing Time

Origin: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Cost

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping to the United States for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Timeline: Standard shipping to the US typically takes 15–25 calendar days after dispatch.

Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, logistics congestion, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. We appreciate your patience.

4. Customs & Duties

Shipments from China may be subject to US customs inspection.

Duty-Free: Most packages fall under the US de minimis value ($800) and are exempt from import duties. However, if your order exceeds this value or if customs policies change, any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at service@outzeon.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by reshipping the item or issuing a refund.
