Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped directly from China. We do not ship from within the United States.

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays).

Standard shipping: 10–25 business days to all US states. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, logistics congestion, bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, which are beyond our responsibility.

Every order comes with a tracking number. We are not responsible for delayed tracking updates by the logistics carrier.

Shipments from China may be subject to US customs inspection and import duties. All customs fees, taxes and related charges are payable by the customer.
