Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy counted from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be complete
Return Address
All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China, not to a US local address. We will provide the exact return address by email after you submit a return request.
Return Shipping Fee
We cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for you.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized custom items, clearance final sale items, and products damaged by improper use are not eligible for return or refund.
